Your plan stops renewing with no charges after that, and you keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for. It's month-to-month with no contract. Your business profile is stored locally on your own device, not in some big database. When you generate replies, the review text you paste is sent securely to our AI provider just to write those drafts — that's the only thing it's used for.
