Privacy Policy

AI Review Responder ("we", "us") is a small business run by a real person. This page explains exactly what information we handle when you use our website and app at winbackreviews.com or aireviewresponce.com, and what we do with it. Short version: we collect the minimum needed to run the service, we never sell your information, and there are no ads or trackers here.

What we collect

• Your account: your email address, and — if you sign up with a password — a scrambled (hashed) version of that password. We can never see the password itself. If you sign in with Google, Google just tells us your email address.
• Your subscription status: whether your plan is active, so the app knows to let you in. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
• The text you paste: when you generate replies, the review text and the business details you typed are sent securely to our AI provider to write your drafts. That's the only thing it's used for.
• Cookies: one cookie keeps you signed in, and one non-sensitive cookie remembers that you're signed in so pages display correctly. No advertising or tracking cookies.

What stays on your device

Your business profile (business name, type, and brand-voice notes) is saved in your own browser's local storage — not in our database.

The services that help us run this

Like nearly every online product, we rely on a few trusted providers, and only send each one what it needs to do its job:

• Groq — generates the reply drafts. It receives the review text and business details you submit, solely to produce your replies.
• Stripe — processes payments and manages subscriptions. Your card details go directly to Stripe, never to us.
• Google — only if you choose "Sign in with Google."
• Upstash — hosts our small account database (emails, hashed passwords, subscription status).
• Render — hosts the app itself.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone, ever.

How long we keep things

Your account information is kept while your account exists. Review text is processed to write your drafts and is not kept in our database.

Your choices & rights

• You can cancel your subscription anytime from the app.
• You can ask us to delete your account and its data — email drew110321@gmail.com and we'll take care of it promptly.
• You can ask what information we hold about you, and we'll tell you.

Security

Everything travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS), passwords are stored only as secure hashes, and sign-in cookies are protected against script access.

Children

This service is for businesses and isn't directed at anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
