Welcome! These terms are the agreement between you and AI Review Responder ("we", "us") when you use our website and app at winbackreviews.com or aireviewresponce.com. By creating an account or subscribing, you're agreeing to them. We've kept them short and honest.

What the service is

You paste a customer review, add a little context about your business, and we generate three draft replies you can copy and post wherever you like. That's it — we never post anything for you and never touch your Google, Yelp, or social accounts.

Your account

• You need to be at least 16, and using the service for a business.
• Keep your sign-in details to yourself — you're responsible for what happens on your account.
• Give us a real email so we can reach you about your account.

Billing

• The subscription is $39/month, billed monthly through Stripe, and renews automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from the app — your plan stops renewing and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. See our Refund Policy.
• If we ever change the price, we'll tell you ahead of time and the new price only applies to future renewals.

The replies are generated by AI and are suggestions, not finished work. Read every draft before you post it. You're the only one who knows your business, so you're responsible for whatever you actually publish — including making sure it's accurate, appropriate, and doesn't promise anything you don't intend. Fair use
